From Spoleto to Verchiano

We start from Spoleto heading towards Cortaccione to face the first major ascent. With its 13,600 meters and gradients between 4% and 12%, 1st Spina Pass (944 mt), is a climb that requires consistency.

After the grueling climb of Piè di Cammoro, you reach Verchiano. Checkpoint

Soglio Pass and Postignano

From Verchiano, climb towards the Soglio Pass (828 mt): 3,600 m at 4-7%. Mandatory checkpoint at La Fojateria.

Downhill you reach the village of Postignano. 🔳 Checkpoint

Warning: Gravel section

500 m after the Postignano Castle begins a 2,500 m dirt section with final gradients of 8%.

Climbing up to Cerreto di Spoleto (557 mt).

Checkpoint in Piazza Pontano at the Bar del Ciarlatano. In Borgo Cerreto is the Decisive Crossroads

PROSEGUE: CORTO

Turn Right onto Casenove/Sellano and, after 1 km, turn Left following signs forVallerio / Colle Soglio / Macchia.
From here you face a 9 km climb, then descend past Meggiano to the Montefiorello checkpoint. Finish by climbing up to Forca di Cerro before the final technical descent into Spoleto.

CROSSROADS: LONG ROUTE

Turn Left at the sign for Ponte / Rocchetta / Poggiodomo / Gavelli for the final challenge.

THE FINAL CHALLENGE: THE "WALL"

Castel S. Felice - Geppa - Forca di Cerro

From Sant'Anatolia di Narco, climb to Castel San Felice (3 km) with peaks at 12%.

The Wall

Località Geppa (700 mt)

Finally the 3rd Forca di Cerro Pass (734 mt). Technical descent before returning to Spoleto.
